Excellent customer service, they have the parts i needed when no one else did. I will definitely use them again

I would NOT recommend this company. They installed the wrong glass in my bathroom and it took numerous calls to get any response. Once they did respond I was told they would be out that day to replace the glass. The never showed up or called. When I finally got a call back, I was told they had to order a new window and had to come out and measure again. It took another 6 weeks for the window to come in. I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced and they didn't show up or call. When I called they said the installer "misunderstood" and went to another job and they wanted me to reschedule. I told them no that I had already taken the morning off of work. I was told they would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later still no show, no call, no apology. Terrible customer service with no respect for the time I have had to miss from work due to their "misunderstanding"
