During these heavy rains our septic tank backed up. We called Waters and they came out almost immediately. Thanks to the young man which operates the pump truck we are back in service.

I'm in the process of hooking a house up to central sewer.

I called Waters to come and pump out a septic tank prior to city hook up.

When I spoke with Marian Waters I told her that I wanted to have the driver call me prior to

coming to the house, so that someone could be home. I didn't receive a call until that night. Marian stated that her son had pumped the tank and that she would be billing my credit card.

Well today I meet with a reputable plumber and local general contractor who both agreed that there was no way the tank had been pumped recently...even considering our heavy rains.

SAD...that small family owned and run business are dishonest! :(

The Waters' Boys were professional and informative. We did not understand septic until they came to our home & educated us on how a drainfield works. We will always call them for any septic work we need.

BEWARE - Bad Business

BEWARE - This company is out to get your money. They were called to inspect my septic system. I was home and was standing next to their employee when he inspected the tank and tested my drain field. I have an older system but he said everything was ok and called his report in to their office. The owner then came back the next morning and declared that the field was compacted, the drain lines were full of sludge, and that the tank needed immediate replacement. Either he hires incompetent employees or he is out to make a lot of money-- either way we had a second inspection done and the owner of Nokomis Septic came out after I voiced my concerns when I set the appointment. He made the same conclusion that the employee of Water's did-- my system is functioning properly and doesn't need replacement. Stay away from Water's, they would have charged me over $6,000 for work that didn't need to be done. Anyone who does business like them deserves to go out of business. I'm not trying to advertise for Nokomis Septic, and I advise you to get more than one inspection if you want to know the condition of your system.
