I strongly recommend not using The Water Club Of America for your pool service/repair. My parents used this company for years. When my father fell ill and they were unable to be at their home in Sarasota my mother paid, by the year, for weekly pool service. No one came. We were informed by the neighbors that no pool service was being preformed. Last March my mother had to have the pool resurfaced due to damage partly caused by the lack of regular service, and for some reason chose this terrible company to do it! Not only did they do a shoddy job of resurfacing the pool, the $600.00 each lights they installed didn't work and they would not come and replace them. The hot tub didn't work correctly, the pool LEAKED! This company not only doesn't return calls or texts, they also don't come when scheduled to make repairs! I feel in our case The Water Club of America was taking advantage of an elderly woman who paid her bills in full without complaint! So overall I would say avoid using The Water Club at all costs, and if your parents use this company please check and make sure the work they have paid for is being done.

I highly recommend the water club. I had a leak in my pool and I originally had hired a different company. They could not find the leak. They kept telling me it was evaporation (not 3 inches in 3 days) so I called the water club. Pete came out and found
multiple leaks. He said he would come out the next day just to be sure it was holding water. When he came out the next day he said, you are still losing water too fast. I am going to dive your pool again to look for additional leaks. He found more leaks. When he was done he said he would be back tomorrow yet again to make sure he got it this time. He needn't have bothered it held water like a champ. What great customer service that he came out not once, but 3 times to make sure my pool wasn't leaking. And, they have great prices too. I highly recommend them and they are my go to company from now on!

The Water Club has the best staff; knowledgeable and friendly and tons of products to choose from at great prices for every budget. I just told them what I needed and they told me what were the best products to keep my pool healthy and clean and well-maintained.

I now have them come out for maintenance and if I have any concerns I don't hesitate to call.

Stay away from Waterclub. In my opinion, they engage in deceptive billing practices. Poor customer service.
