Southside Village Barbershop welcomes back Francisco!!!

This place is great!!! Nice people and a really nice place. Got a great haircut from Cindy. She gave me exactly what I wanted!! If you are looking for the best shop in Sarasota this place is it, hands down!

Probably the best Barber Shop in Sarasota. A few days ago I went there for the first time and DEBBIE SCHNYER dis a great job with my haircut reminding me the job quality of my NYC barber.. I'm glad I found this place and I'll go back for sure. Debbie and the other people working there are not only good barbers, but also nice and polite.

This is the best! If it was only great haircuts and beard trims, that would be good enough. However, it's in a great location, coffee and treats, and really nice folks make it unmatched. Appointments too. I've been to several shops in Sarasota over the years and Southside is the best and nicest of all. Give them a try and you'll be a regular customer. It's a GREAT VALUE.

The Southside Village Barber Shop is the best place I have ever gotten my hair cut. Their prices are extremely reasonable for all the services they provide (hair cut, neck shave, face shave, shoe shine, pedicure, etc) all while you watch ESPN on a big screen TV and sip a complimentary beer, soda, or water. Their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Just found this great shop on Hillview Ave - I got a great cut - really enjoyed their professional attitude - this is no chop shop - This is the Real Deal - You should try it too

This Barbershop is amazing. I love that they will be open on Mondays and that contrary to what was written - the website says "season" hours. which means in two weeks they will open on Mondays. Southside village Barbershop is across from Morton's market, Southside Deli and Pacific Rim Sushi, which is so very convenient. The barbers and hand/foot detail staff are vibrant and skilled. It's a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I also love that first time patrons get a discount and great sports or films and music can be enjoyed. I also love the free beer, drinks and snacks. This a first class old fashioned barbershop that also does amazing shaves and scissors cuts.

While Debbie and her team, most importantly, are phenomenal barbers and really do an exceptional job cutting hair, they go above and beyond to make all their customers comfortable. They always remember your name, offer you a beverage and are just genuinely good people. The extra services are just a plus. Shoe shining is the most convenient for me. Definitely recommend.

The BEST Barber shop hands down.You won't find as better crew than Debbie and her staff.I have lived here 10 years and this is a gem.Debbie makes each client feel special and offers so many services that are reasonably priced you can't lose.A truly relaxed atmosphere.Do not miss this place gentleman if you are looking for a great haircut etc.

Debbie and the crew are not only excellent, skillful barbers and men's stylist but the shop is like a club. An offer of coffee, soda or the ever present cookies makes it feel like they really want you there. They are full-service barbers and I also got my first pedicure ever. Absolutely great!

A true gentleman's barbershop.Great location and ambiance, but most importantly, a great haircut and other grooming services. Masterbarber Debbie has no equal in the area. This is a must try for for all concerned about their appearance.

The barbers at Southside Village Barbershop are professional, courteous, and can cut your hair while telling a great joke. The atmosphere is perfect for a guy just wanting a nice haircut...and maybe even a free cup of coffee. I've been having my hair cut by Debbie, the owner, since I moved down from New York City. I am so particular about my barbers and my haircut...but with Debbie, I don't even ask her to show me how it looks in the back...she cuts my hair perfectly each and every time. I can't recommend Southside Village barbershop enough. They're really awesome.

great place for a hair cut. REALLY!! Debbie is very nice and conscientious person who takes her time to give you a great cut. You also receive a razor trim around your ears and back of neck. atmosphere is friendly and it is a pleasant place to go. Always happy when I leave.

Debbie the owner is amazing. She is a first class barber with 20+ years experience. I always look like a million bucks when I leave. Further, I feel good while I am there. The atmosphere is lively and the other barbers tell stories and the place is fun. They cater to men. It is the first barber shop I have found where you actually get a great cut with an amazing atmosphere. There is a plasma TV with sports, and beverages of your choice. If you are looking for a 5 Star haircut and are on a budget, this is the place for you. I give them 5 Stars.

Pleasant atmosphere, great looking haircut for a reasonable price. Tried the gray blending service and my wife said I looked better than I did 10 years ago. I'll be a regular at The Southside Village Barbershop.
