Update on my review below.....
It appears that Stringer Management does care about resolutions and building positive relationships.
I did get a call from Tanya & Nancy. It was refreshing for all concerned to hear each others side.
I feel we have come to a fair agreement concerning the situation.


Do not trust Stringer Management. Their bio heralds themselves as a family owned business that cares about their clients (owner or tenant). The REALITY is that they are a dysfunctional family owned business that has some employees who will lie to cover up their inabilities and will find any sly opportunity to take your money.
Tanya Izzo states in one of her business bios that any negative feedback is taken very seriously and addressed. Yet when I emailed both owners (Marge & Tanya) along with their incompetent agents Nancy & Robin, not even one of them had the courtesy to respond back. The owners are not on top of what their employees are doing OR they don't want to know. Either way, they obviously don't care!
If they don't care about what's happening in their own house, why would you trust them with yours??

Either way, they obviously don't care!Everyone is in business to make money, but when you care about little else, you lose some of your best clients. It costs a company a great deal of money to obtain a client. but losing them costs them far more.

We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Stringer Management since 2006. Our first agent, Jane Heath, found us lovely 3-month seasonal rental condos on or just off Tuttle Ave. Diane Skelly inherited us as clients after Jane passed away and we have spent the last six winters in Serenade on Palmer Ranch. Diane and the other Stringer employees have always been professional and responsive to our needs.

It is very bad experience to deal with Stringer Management, horrible account system, didn't tell you when they didn't receive the rent, but still charge you for their commission. refuse to explain it and refuse to credit you back. they steal your money.

Simply put, Stringer Management came through for me on every level. Ana did an amazing job of quickly finding, showing, and closing the deal on the exact type of property I was looking for. The subsequent and ongoing quick responsiveness by Tanya for anything needing attention at the property further demonstrates Stringer's professionalism and commitment to providing the best services possible. I will definitely utilize Stringer's services in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy, sell or lease.

We initially contacted Stringer when we were having problems with the tenant in our rented condo. Tanya Izzo was very helpful in resolving the issue. We then hired Stringer to manage our unit, and we were very satisfied with their professionalism.We would highly recommend them.

Please don't entrust your valuable property with this so-called property management company. They will not look after your property and they will cost you financially through their lack of attention and management skills. They take your money and do nothing.

Diane was fantastic in finding me my beach paradise. Thank you so much for finding me the best deal on siesta, and tracking me down when my cell phone was dead. You guys are the best !

will never do business with them again. Company agent knew 3 months in advance when move in was to be, and house was no where near ready, dirty, unkept and landscaping overgrown. It took me 3 days to clean the inside where I could move in any of my stuff.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY TO WORK WITH. REALLY KNOWS THE MARKET AND ALL ABOUT RENTALS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GREAT RE-LOCATION HELP
