This hotel was hot and dirty! Got to our room the overhead light did not work. The bathtub facet was coming out of the wall. No water pressure in shower. The room was hot and filthy! The staff was rude and unfriendly. Not enough towels and hard to get extras. The website said microwaves and refrigerators, not in our room. When asked if we could use the one in the breakfast room, we got the 3rd degree. Our bed sheets and comforter were dirty and soiled. When I aksed for a new one, they said they would change it, only to come back to the same dirty comforter on the bed. The night clerk said she personally washed it. We asked for a 7am wakeup call, only to get a call at midnight to confirm our wakeup time, then to have a wakeup call at 4 am. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Definitely not worth te $110 a night! I would never stay in this hotel again! Keep driving by...there are nice hotel close by!

I stayed at this hotel last week and I can't stop talking about how impressed I was with my stay there. My bed was comfortable,the breakfast was good the location was PERFECT, quiet,secluded,peacefull . Everything I want when I want to get away from everyone!!!

Sleep inn sarasota hotel was everything I would expect from a limited service hotel with a great rate. My room was clean,smelt fresh ,the bedding was GREAT.The free continental breakfast hit the right spot in the morning and I do have to say their staff linda,chris,maria,alicia and of course anna were all wonderfull.- A GREAT STAY.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The rooms were very nice and had refrigerators and microwaves in them. The GM- Anna was the onethat checked me out. She was so nice,she asked me how my stay was- not a lot of hotels do that anymore- like they don't even care- and when I told her how much I had enjoyed my stay- HER FACE LIT UP- she was so happy and she wished us a happy flight back home- and said' You'll come back to stay with us soon". Anna we will be coming back. THANK YOU.

I had made reservations at the Sleep inn sarasota. When I got to the hotel, the colors were so vibrant,landscaping was great( you have got to check out their pictures on line.)I had gotten there real late,but the staff member greeted me with a smile,got me checked in ,gave me directions to the room.I asked to find out if there were any restarants that were open,he even called some for me and found me a great restaurant. The room was clean,bed was very comfortable and all together a great stay. I have already made reservations to go back to them.

I had reservations at this hotel last night.Got to the hotel before the check in time and the HOTEL was able to check me in.The Gm was the one who checked me in,and she was FABULOUS. She got me directions to a restaurant,called them up to make sure they served STEAKS and called up a cab for me. The restaurant was good, we came back to the hotel, relaxed at their private courtyard pool- it was so private- got a great night's rest .Today, the morning medley breakfast was great.The gm even dropped us off at the airport in time for us to catch the flight. OUTSTANDING SERVICE with a GREAT PERSONALITY. Keep it up- SLEEP INN
