We placed a full bedroom set with Simon's on consignment. I called numerous times over the next 6 months to get a status and they never returned a phone call. I sent a letter asking for a status and received no response. I finally submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and this triggered a response from Simon's. They said that they had sold 1 lamp for $40 and they sent me a check for $20. I arranged for a charity to pick up the rest of the furniture as Simon's has a clause in their agreement that any items not sold in 6 months become their property. If you search the BBB for Simon's you will see that my experience is not unique.
