I bought 3 shutters from Shutter & Blinds. There price beat every quote by at least 30%. Quality was excellent and delivery was on time! I would buy from them again!

Going for the lowest price isn't always the best policy. My shutters have dozens of quality issues such as chips on the slats, gaps that are inconsistent and damage throughout. I have many photos of the errors made by this company.



Since the company will not work with us, we had no choice but to take legal action. I lost because I had to go up against a lawyer...in small claims court. However, I want you to know of their record as it is through the Better Business Bureau. See their complaint records at go.bbb.org/1FU2bwX

By the way, how many different names does this "company" go by?

Ads claim a Lifetime Warranty. However, I had four shutters damaged on installation day. Numerous phone calls and emails over the past two months ... and NOTHING. The "LIFETIME" guarantee doesn't even cover Day 1. Stay away from this company!
