The classes here have really taught me great self defense lessons. I use to do taekwondo but I never really felt comfortable in a fight. Shaolin do has taught me a lot about Chinese martial arts and I am really grateful for the teachers

This is a great school for families. There are children's and adult's classes for Kung Fu. The instructors are great and the learning atmosphere is really good for learning.

The Tai Chi class has become my favorite thing to do during the week. I really love the beautiful forms that I learn.

If you are looking to learn a great martial art and learn awesome self defense techniques, check this place out. I get a great workout and have really improved my flexibility since joining. There are kid and adult programs and also currently a fitness program

This is a great school for kids, and adults. There are excellent Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes and also a warrior fitness program. This school is one of the best martial arts sarasota schools has to offer.
