Dishonest pricing practices, eg offering walk-in prices substantially higher than their advertised internet prices. No option to test-ride bikes, used nor new. This necessitates purchasing the bike before riding it.

Went here three times so far. Never had what I needed in stock, which is normal for my ten year old model. However the parts guy and gal were able to find the parts quickly and gave me a discount and had them pretty fast. Even called me when the parts came in. Great service thus far.

failed to deliver part to home after paying at store for part. they were glad to keep my money though.
