My wife and I purchased a condo in April. Christina Miller and her assistant Socha Taylor were professional, friendly and a real pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to help us out, even after the sale closed. If we ever have real estate needs in Sarasota again we’ll be heading to Sarasota Bay Real Estate.

About 3 or 4 years ago I started looking for a condo in the Sarasota area and by a process of elimination I started using Sarasota Bay Real Estate because I liked their web site the best. I contacted Christina and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I hemmed and hawed over the years about a condo purchase mostly because I wasn't sure when my wife was going to retire and if we could afford a second "home." So, I would look on-line, talk to Christina and when I was in Sarasota I had her show me a few units but I was just not ready to buy. All this changed in the summer of this year. My wife decided to retire and I once again began my search in earnest. I found a condo on-line that fit the bill and through Christina made an offer which was accepted. From then on she handled everything and I had no doubt that my wife and I were in good hands. She had a thorough inspection done which I was part of via face time and the final walk through which was also via face time. We put our entire trust in her and were not disappointed. Over the years I have bought and sold many properties and she was by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. We recommend her highly.

Christina was an amazing and extremely knowledgable realtor. I gained trust in her from the very first conversation I had with her over the phone. My husband and I live in NY and we decided to start looking for a second home to purchase to prepare for our future retirement. For most people this can be very stressful but we had nothing to stress over because Christina had everything lined up for us and really understood what we were looking for and we were only in Sarasota for a few hours and were new home owners. She hit the nail on the head for us without ever even meeting us but she has tremendous insight just by speaking with me over the phone. She has continued to remain in contact with us even after closing and is always available to answer questions. Our closing was amazing as well, everything was done by mail and Christina also completed our walk thru prior to closing date given that we couldn't make it back down there. We trust her whole heartedly and we made a friend for life:)

I have used Sarasota bay real estate co twice in the last 1 1/2 years and have been extremely pleased with the results. Especially with Christina who has always been there helping and answering any questions I had. I would strongly recommend Sarasota Bay as your agent if you are in the market.
