SRQ came and measured our 4 windows for hurricane strength fabric window protectors.
We were not home for the installation, but when we came home and saw them
they were ill fitting, loose, and visibly too big for the windows. I called the company
they came out right away, put on one of the protectors, saw it was too big, and the
installer told me he would fit me in the next week or so....We waited one month,
I called the salesperson, it was Thanksgiving week, he told me someone would be
in touch in the next week. I was happy to have them come out and re-fit, putting
about 16 new holes in my house to make up for the size of the covers.
But now, almost a month after I was told this problem would be fixed, I want my
deposit back, and/or new covers made that fit in the holes that I already have in my house.
I'm done. Really disappointed in the service.
