Terrible service. Nice guy while he rips you off. Be careful!!!

Unfortunately this shop has lost the appeal it once had with me. My level of confidence in this company and the service they provide over this year has dropped heavily. I haven't been back this summer after my last visit. Recently I learned from another shop in Rennhaus's area that they have in the last two years had two service managers quit, as well as both their Master certified BMW technician and a heavily experienced Mercedes technician. This to me, points a finger at the owner as he once had a talented crew working for him that seems to have disappeared, likely due to his own actions. There are options for German car service in the Sarasota area, and I will be taking and option in the future.

Thank you, Guy and Pete for your professional and courteous service. You always take great care of me and my 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL500. I haven already referred many friends to you, and I will continue to do so. Thanks again guys for a good job .... as usual.

My 2000 Porsche Boxster is running like on the day I bought it. Over the years I have used other shops in Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice. Thanks to Renn Haus my search has ended when it comes to maintenance and tuning. From the moment I brought my car in I got the feeling that Guy and his team love cars. This is reflected by their knowhow and skill. I like precision work and that's what I got. I highly recommend anyone seeking superior workmanship for their Porsche, Mercedes or BMW to visit Renn Haus.
