I have tried over and over to call someone at the Sarasota fl location for 20 minutes!! Ringing the phone off the hook because o need to know if they carry a certain product!!! Its ridiculous!!!

Went into the store today about a hamster. After asking an employee some questions, she didn't know much, and then to hold him, in less than one minute the hamster bit me three times drawing blood. They allowed me to get cleaned up in the employee bathroom but no one ever came to me to see if I was ok, if I needed first aid or anything. Their prices are cheap for supplies but I never would buy an animal from there.

The lady manager was very rude to me when I brought back some dead molly I just bought the day before. She was rude and unprofessional. I haven't been back since.
