Every person we worked with at P D R was knowledgeable and kept us and our tenants up to date on their progress. Unlike two other companies we reached out to for a quote, PDR gave us an estimate with days. Our property required removal of the bathroom and kitchen cabinets and treatment for mold. We even received weekly updates and the work was done AHEAD of schedule.
We had an elderly couple renting the property and Myles and Alex communicated with them, answered their questions during the process and were considerate of their situation too. My tenants could not sing enough praises for Alex, and Myles always promptly answered my calls. I would use PDR for any project without hesitation. This company is professional and they actually did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! No one thing negative to say.

I have never been so upset with the level of service I have recieved from a company before in my life. I have never seen technicians do such a sloppy job, not clean up behind themselves, quote you one price then do the job and espect for the customer to pay another. I will never call this company again to do any type of work in my home again. The damage from the fire was extremely bad but the smell afterwards was undescribable. The company did not get rid of the odor that was left behind and the house was not picked up before they left. I am extremely dissatified with this company and will never call them again.
