The sales rep's and associates are extremely helpful and very nice. They accommodate last minute orders and go above and beyond to help with all questions.

Extremely poor constumer service. Cannot keep delivery dates. Reluctant to return phones calls. Computer illiterate, often takes longer to print a receipt than to buy your brick. Had to give them one start, as we can't give them none.
