Ever hear the phrase "one call' well that's how this went.was given the phone number from a friend this company does not advertise (busy busy) but I was lucky to have them fix my computer. And I tell you I have had 3 techs look at this unit none could fix it all charged me! Jade at nextgenhad it fixed in 30 mins and I am on it now better that new.5 stars from meMike ,sarasota

he fixed all issues in 45 mins. The last place was here all day and seemed to make things worse
