Nice enough when I first went. Gel nails lifted within a week. Went back again tech said to come back if it happened again before two weeks. I did just that after a week. The woman in the first station at the left (owner? ). was not happy. Was rude and insistent on using what looked like a drill to scuff up my nails. I said I only want a file used. She began shouting as if I was hard of hearing! She insisted she only wanted to use the drill. This ruins nails, I said, she replied it was easier on her. Then she slammed her hand down and said come back in one hour and the other girl will fix it, several times. Just plain rude and obnoxious. Never will go again and if you are still reading this try down by Target on Fruitville. Very large place lots of techs and warm and welcoming. Clean too.
