This company does the lawns in my condo complex. The owner/manager, Joe, has repeatedly harassed me by driving his riding mower dangerously close to me on if I happen to be walking my dog when he is working. He will ride from wherever he he is on the lawn to wherever I am, apparently just to menace me. I have video of two of these incidents. The first time he came within about 1 inch of hitting my dog. The third time he came within about 6 inches of me. When I asked him not to come so close he became very angry and screamed at me, saying he has a d*** job to do, get the h*** out of his way. When I spoke to the condo manager about it and she spoke to him, he responded by screaming insults at me across our parking lot. I am concerned for my safety (and my dog's) when he is working near my home.
