I was a happy, loyal, longtime customer when the factory lost an expensive pair of dress pants in January. I filled out all the necessary forms to be compensated for my loss. Their business policy is that while your clothes are in their care if they are lost or damaged they will compensate you. I have been continually ignored by the owner, Donna, and have recieved no compensation, 8 months later!! Donna has no integrity, does not uphold her business policies and has no respect for her customers. I would never ignore a customer the way she has ignored me.
