I went there to get my gel nail polish off. They let me soak in acetone for over 30 minutes as they took care of everyone else. At first there were 3 customers and only one lady working. When the lady finally went to take off my gel nail polish she was very rough and tried to do most of it with her own nails instead of using a tool. Then they charged me $10 for 2 minutes of work she actually did. Not all of the gel is off my nails either. If someone goes in there and looks rich and older, it looks like they care and take good care of those customers. I now understand why they never look so busy. Never again.

Good, competent job, busy neighborhood location. Prices are low. Hardworking, friendly personnel with good English. They deserve a recommendation. But I wish they would stock some new colors.
