Provided by YP.comI was shopping for carpet. Selection was good, but they nickel and dime you for everything. There's a charge to measure, which is ok, but also additional charges to move furniture, and remove old carpet. It really adds up, and I think it should be part of the job. Then, the sales guy tells me if I find a better price to come back and he'll deal with me. Seriously? This is lowes; I'm not buying a used car. I alway thought it was a reputable place to do business but if they expect me to run back and forth and play games, I'm out. I expect them to give me the best price available at the time they quote the job. Really slimy. I went to a good carpet store and got a better deal without all the extra fees added on. Lesson learned.
