I had Lopeparo All Purpose Drywall remove and replace my 20' x 24' garage ceiling to a level 3 finish, apply knockdown and paint ceiling. I was told the finish included all ceiling to wall joints would be caulked and that I would be given a 1 year warranty on all work. Drywall and knockdown finish looks good. But when Carlo returned the next day to caulk and paint he informed me that he had vehicle problems and didn't have all his equipment with him and that he would paint and return to caulk ceiling and wall joints. He did send me an invoice as paid in full but didn't state on it that there was a 1 year warranty. I mentioned this to him and he said he would resend me another invoice to include the warranty on it. It's been almost 3 weeks and have received nothing, nor has Carlo returned to complete the job by not caulking the job. I have called and left messages as well as to email and text him with no reply.
NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. I would not recommend Lopeparo All Purpose Drywall for this reason alone. Carlo did not fulfill his obligation to send me a proper invoice with a warranty on it as he stated and he did not return to complete the job and up till now has not returned any contact attempts be me.
