Lil' SamHat is a production and publishing company that's devoted to promoting the talent of young artists. Altovise Davis, it's co-founder, sought ways to fulfill the wishes of her husband, the legendary entertainer, Sammy Davis, Jr. Having missed getting his education, he wanted youths (especially artists) to take their education more seriously. Lil' SamHat is a young company, and fairly small, but it's objective is to touch the lives of young people, and inspire them to reach out for their dreams. Our goal is to provide exposure and recognition to talented youths. Lil' SamHat seeks to create entertaining stories that convey positive imagery, and uplifting messages. The company will sponsor music and video production contests, and launch collaborative ventures with young artists and writers.
