I spent many months researching spas and Hot Springs was one of the highest rated spas. We decided to purchase from Hot Springs of Sarasota because of their expertise and full service capabilities.
Our sales person, Paul, was very knowledgeable,helpful, and patient. He encouraged us to try out any spa we wanted. I tried a few, which lead to finding the perfect spa for our needs. We bought the Flair model which was professionally delivered and installed. This store will also service our spa if needed, which was a big factor in our decision to purchase here. We look forward to many spa nights ahead.

The guys over at the store are awesome, extremely helpful and easy to deal with! We were just needing a little help since the company whom we bought our original spa from 5 years ago went out of business and the people over at the Hot Spring Spa store were great to deal with and we ended up purchasing a Jetsetter model spa from giving our old spa to one of our neighbors. What a great expierence we strongly suggest that you give these guys a shot when you are looking to purchase a spa.
