I called Ms. Linda Lee, owner, today. Asked her about Geriatric Massage for my mom. In the course of conversation, I asked her if massage therapists get certified for it - she became VERY HOSTILE and said that she has been working with geriatric patients for 35 years; better than certification. Funny thing? I agree, but didn't have a chance to say so! She misconstrued my HARMLESS QUESTION as an offense - and told me that we were getting off "on a bad foot" and for me to "find someone else". SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. For someone who claims to have worked for 35 years with geriatric patients, she has very little patience, was EXTREMELY RUDE and DEFENSIVE. Certainly begs the question - "I wonder how you treat your patients"???.
