If I could make it zero stars I would. I took a day off work after making an 8am appointment with Guest. No call no show. I called to see where they were after 9am and they said they had a couple guys out and couldn't keep the appointment but I could sit around all day waiting for them to which I said no way cancel the appointment. My guess is I was bumped since I am a home warranty company customer. they called me back 2 weeks later asking if they could have another opportunity to do the repair. I set another appointment against my better judgment for the next day at 6pm. they called at 5:45 to tell me they were not going to make the appointment due to traffic. Instead of just calling and coming late since they blew me off the first time they just did it all over again. How is this company still in business????????????? Don't waste your time!!!!!!!

Aweful people. I rent a house in Sarasota and one of the pipes on the pump broke. My landlord called these people to come out and fix it. They showed up and didn't tell us they were there before shutting off the water and getting to work. I was mid shower when they shut off our water. I cleaned up, went outside to see what was going on. When I got out there I asked them if they do that all the time...just shut off the water without warning people and one of the two workers jumped off his truck and said, "Well sorry you're having a bad morning, it's not great for us either." They ignored me and went back to work. I'm a nurse, and was late to work because of this. They don't care. I called the number on the side of the truck and as it turns out, the worker was the owner. He proceeded to tell me off and told me that I must have been having a bad day and it wasn't his problem. Then he told me that he only deals with the landlord and hung up on me. I was having a great morning...until them.

Called Guest Well out for a "free estimate." When we chose not to employ their services their owner called our church and demanded payment for their services. Customer Service is lacking. Poor people skills, difficult and confrontational owner. Choose someone more accomodating and who knows how to talk to customers.
