It's the Friday before Memorial Day and I'm trying to get to work and my car kept stalling. I finally got it to run and called Robert McGucken at the Toyota service dept and he said to bring it in now. It was 8:30 and I was supposed to be at work at 9. He said they would find a way to make sure I got to work. When I got there, they immediately took my car and provided a car for me to drive to work. I live in Myakka, the dealership is in south Sarasota and my job is in north Sarasota. I was at work by 9:50. Robert called me by 11:00 to let me know the problem and how much it would cost. He also said they would be able to do my routine maintenance since it was due, and would check about a possible recall item that I had been notified by letter. He called at noon and said the car was ready and I could pick it up when I finished working. This is my third Toyota from Germain of Sarasota and I have always used their service dept. This is one of the many reasons I will continue to do so.

2010 We had a very bad experience. We had one Toyota and we were considering buying a second one. But due to the aggressive and rude sales person we went to another dealership.

Great service. I was so happy to find a dealership that is honest, hardworking, and fair with pricing. I want the best service for my car, the best price for my wallet and the best customer service for me and I get all of that at Germain Toyota of Sarasota.

The service department takes very good care of you and your vehicle even after the sale. They try to accomodate your needs as to when it is most convenient for your schedule and get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. They explain everything that they will do and what it will cost you if anything at all. I have bought Toyotas from Gettel for years and never got comparable service with them.
