These positive reviews must have been written by him. My experience is completely the opposite. George is not very creative. I supplied the creative ideas for the new construction home I built. He is creative when it comes to generating a bill. He bills for every tiny thing, worse than a lawyer. He even bills for correcting his own mistakes.
He wants to be involved every step of the way so he can keep the bills coming. I have significant experience building homes and corrected many of his design errors while the home was under construction. Because I did not need him to watch over it during construction, he got mad and bad mouthed the project to prospective buyers.
He will also have you work with his buddy, a structural engineer, so he can create even more bills. I would not recommend him and would never in a million years hire him again.
