They are unreliable. We have a salt pool and each time they came out to service, I could not go into the pool due to my sensitivity to the amount of chlorine that was being used to "shock" the pool. The pool person did not even realize the skimmer was not working until after I complained 3 different times. If there is a holiday on the day they are supposed to come out, then they don't come at all that week. I accidentally sent an extra check and they cashed it after telling us that they were cancelling our service due to "downsizing"- still waiting on our $180 refund as we were supposed to also get a refund for no one showing for 2 weeks last month and several times before that (most federal holiday weeks we had no service at all). Save your money and use a different company.
