Martin was a life saver My landlord had some stupid 1-800-plumber come out and snaked my bathroom vent pipe and that's all he did t -It plugged back up -when I called them back they said they didn't use that plumber anymore -and I was crap out of luck --So I gave Flat Rate a try --And thank God I am glad I did --As being a business owner myself -I knew right away that this time I made the right choice--He didn't give up and spent a good hour snaking the pipe on the roof and in the tub--And I'm a happy camper==you can E- mail me with your number and I will verify that i am not lying about how good this guy is [email protected] --I rate Flate Rate plumbing 5 stars *****
