Dr. Winters LISTENS. He is pleasant, very thorough, very friendly and very empathetic. He makes one feel comfortable the moment you meet him. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is honest about what he can or cannot do. He, rather, than a staff member, calls you! I have never met such a down-to-earth doctor. He is licensed to practice as a chiropractor, physical therapist, and massage therapist. His office staff go out of their way to be of assistance. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of the services which he provides. You will LOVE him! He most dedicated to his practice and to his patients. Absolutely excellent diagnostician. Fees are fair and reasonable, compared to others. You could not work with a finer doctor!

They have a very friendy atmosphere in the office and on the phone. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help others.
