Just had the best car buying experience that I ever had! From the moment I drove onto the lot I was impressed! Not overwhelmed by hundreds of cars all looking the same, by salesmen upon salesmen,I experienced something much different....a more intimate experience both in selection of cars and salesmanship. I dealt with John Steinhauser, a most knowledgable, professional! You get the feeling that each and every car on the lot has been selected carefully to be resold, and has been researched, refitted and re-offered for sale only when a very high standard of checks and rechecks have been made. The selection offered is more high end in the automobile world which translates to quality, style, longevity. An ad for a Volvo brought me in and I drove away in a BMW which I hadn't even considered!! The selection of each and every model is limited which is not a problem but a help in the buying experience...the cars on the lot are the most beautiful color combinations and styles!! Having been in the Customer Service end of an airline for 40 years, I know sincerity when I see it, John Steinhauser, Encore Motor cars and the constantly changing inventory of beautiful, quality, automobiles are the real thing!! They will have my business for as long as I drive!!
