Waited for 4 hours for tow truck that never showed up. The driver called after 3 hours to apologize but then never showed up and didn't return my call. Very unprofessional, rude people on the phone. Worst experience ever. Call AAA if you have it to save yourself time and trouble.

Unless you are into incompetence, being yelled at for paying the bill, and a down right sour attitude from a very rude young woman (I certainly would not call her a lady in any respect,) then I would advise against ever using this company for any reason.



The way I was treated today considering the circumstances was totally unacceptable and left me with my hands shaking. I cannot believe this company would have a person like that right on their front line. I was there to pay the bill not argue about it. I guess they just throw that in with the price of towing....Direct Towing, fire the obnoxious girl at the window or I am absolutely certain your reputation will suffer for it.
