They called in violation of both the Fed and FL DO NOT CALL List.



They say "We're working in your area and would like to offer you an AC Unit Inspection for $40". Well. this means they will find or say they found, major problems needing repair by them.



They are SCAM Artists and violators of the NO NOT CALL Programs.

I was a customers of Friendly's and was not happy with their service. Custom Climate Concepts bought them and send a service tech out for my cleaning. I was so impressed with the service and the technition that they sent out. After the cleaning I received my FPL bill and it went down, in the middle of summer!!!

I was previously a customer of Friendly’s who Custom Climate Concepts bought. I was concerned that all of my service agreements and warranties would not carry rover. I called and spoke with both the office manager and the GM. The both let me know that I would not lose any of my agreements and warranties. A couple of month later my air stopped working and I called Custom Climate Concepts and they kept their word. It did not cost me anything to get my air fixed since it was covered on my warranty and I had my service agreements from Friendly’s. I will stay with Custom Climate Concepts for life!!!

I received an unsolicited letter from this company stating that they had assumed the warranties for Friendlys Air and that they wanted to perform a free cleaning and inspection of my AC unit.... Since I had never heard of these guys or of Friendlys I thought it best to check them out...



Again many thanks these criminals try anything to create business because they are so crooked they can't keep their own customers...

STAY AWAY!

If you are considering using this company, first, do your homework!This company is claiming to be accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau), when in fact they have had their accreditation revoked! This company also has 21 complaints filed against them through the BBB alone!Take these complaints seriously before using this company or it could cost you a LOT of $$. They tried to charge us over $5000 to replace our entire a/c unit when, after a 2nd opinion we had it REPAIRED for only a couple hundred $$. This 2nd company also told us the reason for the repair in the first place was air in the system. Guess who was doing our maintenance! Many of the other complaints I have found are very similar. These guys are dishonest and, in my opinion, no better than common thieves, taking advantage of the unsuspecting. Use at own risk!
