The West Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties of Southwest Florida. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The West Florida Chapter has over 650 members. The chapter is one of 59 Community Associations Institute chapters in the nation. Our chapter provides a number of educational seminars for homeowners and Community Association Board Members as well as Community Association Managers and our Business Partners. Our goal is to bring you the most knowledgeable and experienced experts in their fields to give you the information you need to make your community more enjoyable. One of the most active chapters in the nation, we also conduct numerous networking events as well having some fun with a variety of social activities.
