I went to dr smith. Very nice did a great job. Very helpful until they realized i did not have the money to do the things they where saling. I was treated great when i first spent over 2000.00. The staff was very nice also. However my last visit to get an adjustment. It was so different. They where cold un friendly this tech i had never seen before. She double all the prices dr smith had give me. She said dr smith does not do anything unless she approves it. I even mentioned to friend when i got home. It was so different. The sad thing i was so grateful thankful. I had sent the dr and the staff a thank you card right after the big work. Every few months i called and thanked dr smith. She had done a new procedure that helped me tremodouslt. Told her it was still working. Then when i called ask cost for doing the procedure again. I was told i was so rude to staff and dr. She would not be my dentist. At first i was devastated. Then i read reviews. I am not a money pit for them. When you spend thousands they are great. No big money well my thank you cards calls of thanks. Suddenly became rude. It is sad if you can't pay 1000.00's. They don't want to bother with you. I am thankful for they did. However because they thought they could get a few more 1000.00's out of me. I live daily ashame to smile. My mistake to think they really cared that i was ashame to smile. This is just how they ended up making me feel. They. Are good at there job. Dr smith is great dentist. I am just not rich enough for them to really care. Everyone is entitled to there opion
