At $25 per session with an experienced trainer, this is the best deal that I have run across in a long time. The studio was clean, bright and well equipped. The staff was mature and friendly. I received a great workout on my very first visit and have lost many inches in my waist and 18 pounds in 45 days. They increased the program gradually, I was never sore, and my strength is about double! Sue made changes to my diet so that I'm never starving. Kim Johnson
