I am a new resident to Citation Club and had such a smooth and efficient experience with my recent move in. I was surprised to see any negative reviews on here, I just wanted to leave a positive note in appreciation of the work my agent on the property Brian and the entire staff did for me, they all went above and beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable and happy, even changing my move-in date to an earlier date to better fit my schedule. The property is very well maintained, although they need to re pave the roads (they told me that is schedule for the upcoming month or so) the amenities are gorgeous and everyone I see around is so nice and friendly. I got really lucky finding this gem in Palmer Ranch, and would recommend living here to any of my friends.

We have been here at Citation Club Apts. and it also has been a total nightmare. We have lived here for the short amount of time of six months. They NEVER fix ANYTHING. The spend more time harassing the residents over piddly stuff instead of taking care of broken things within your apartment. When we moved in our garbage disposal didnt work, our ice maker didnt work and it took over a week to get that fixed.

As of late, we have been asking since Feb. 2008, (( we are now in April 2008)) to have a ripped screen where someone tried to break into our lanai fixed, we have tile in our shower that has been leaking through the floor and they have yet to fix that. On top of that I told them on March 19, 2008 that there is a leak on the ceiling in our sons bedroom that is cold to the touch, wet and yellow in nature which usually means a broken pipe. Today is April 2nd. NO MAINTENANCE has entered our apt. since January at best. Yet they have time to harass families with children all day every day. Several families that I know have moved or are in the process of moving to another complex.

So as client number two on the ratings scale, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE.

I lived at Citation Club for a year and It was probablby the worst year of my life ! They did nothing but make my life misrable and felt no remorse for it! One of the stories I think people shoud know about is I had been complaing about my air conditioning being broken for about 2 months, over and over againg they kept telling me they had a contractor come out and look at it and there was nothing wrong with our aor condtioning, In the mean time we were getting 4 and 5 hundred dollar electric bills and they were still doing nothing about it ! We finally called and demanded a new contractor come out to look at it and we needed to be home when they did so, we when that FINALLY happened about a month later the contractor said our system was old torn down and non fixable that it needed to be replaced, and after that was done our elctric bill went back to normal. We called the managament and asked if they could help us out with the electric or discount our rent since it was there fault that it was so high and they simply told us that is not there promblem and they could do nothing to help us out ! So needless to say I highly reccomend NOT renting from these worthless people, not one single thing about this place I have something pleasent to say and I hope it isn ot to late and you do not have to find out for yourself b/c I would wish this complex on noone!
