Office staff not friendly! Short list of problem I encountered with this place- POTHOLES that ruin your car, BUGS in the apartments, RUN DOWN Appliances, HIGH ELECTRIC BILLS due to old worthless AC units along with LOUSY INSULATION and cheap windows. MY ADVICE- DO NOT MOVE HERE!

AWFUL... STAY AWAY FROM CITATION CLUB!!! Do not move here.Office staff are VERY RUDE. They squander all kinds of money out of you before moving in. Then when you move out they charge for cleaning things that have already been cleaned. Of course I kept my receipt... sent them a copy. They never responded! They sent me to a SHADY collection agency. Who harassed my parents and called my work several times. Also if you already live there.. I highly recommend to take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move out!! And DO NOT turn in your key until you review the apartment with the property manager. So you can see what they are going to try to charge you for before leaving the complex. STAY AWAY FROM CITATION CLUB!!!
