The aluminum frame table made by Casual Creations that we purchased in July 2012 has buckled. The company will not honor the warranty saying that its due to 'freeze' damage which isn't covered. The table was stored in an upright position all winter and NO water collected on the top. We had a very mild winter in central New Jersey this past year. Obviously there is a defect in the manufacturing as the water didn't drain properly. I find it appalling for the price we paid for the furniture that we are now stuck with a table that has metal protruding from it and the finish is flaking off. Awful, awful, awful. They should at least listen to us when we say we stored the furniture properly and check to see if there could be a manufactuing glitch rather than just basically taking our money and writing us off.

If I could get someone to contact me would be great. I have sent several emails to Casual Creation and I get no response. They do not have a phone number listed on their site. I love the furniture, just a few problems with the clips that hold the glass in and a few end caps that have broken. Less that $10 in parts and I can not get anyone to contact me. Has me thinking, if they won't contact me with these minor things, will they stand up to their warranty on major problems? My one star review is mainly about the customer service not responding to my emails about the clips and caps.
