This is the best seafood restaurant and seafood market I have ever been too, and I am a Florida Native. The Grouper Reuben is absolutely amazing, and I have never seen one offered on a menu any where else. All of the seafood and produce is ridiculously fresh. I always prefer a seafood restaurant to duel as a market, because that way you know for sure what you are getting is incredibly fresh. Captain Brian and all of hie servers are so awesome, and friendly. Going to Captain Brians is like going home (if you had the best pantry in the world, and the best people to serve it up). Thank you so much for the years of good service.

A lot of variety like New England things that are hard to find inFL. the fish market looks good but theproblem with all the meals we had is that was all overly cooked dry. Too bad-- we won,t go back because of that. We,re NE diehards raised on New Bedford seafood so maybe we,re just seafood snobs but we know what we are talking about. Sitting at the bar looked like line cooks no chef.

Had a great dinner in Sarasota. I had really fresh tuna, and the best lobster bisque I have ever tasted. The service was friendly and laid back. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates fresh fish without attitude.

My family and I frequent this place!! We go there for fresh seafood to cook at home. The restaurant is great too!! Great service!

No matter what the local publications say, this is the BEST seafood restaurant in the area. Fresh, simply but deliciously prepared fish and other seafood will really impress. Atmosphere could use some help but the staff is friendly and efficient. Fresh seafood market also on premises.
