I was very pleased with the service and parts department. They were able to address my needs quickly and thoroughly. I also visited the sales lot and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.

We had Campbell RV put our camper on consignment. The service was excellent service until we picked-up our camper as it did'nt sell. Our camper was in new condition as it was only used four times. When we picked the camper up our decals were off on one side of our camper and damage was done to the roof and patched. We didn't notice the damage until some time later as it sat in our driveway. We didnt think that we had to check our camper before taking it home since we were dealing with a Christian business. We called Campbell Rv to ask them about the damage and was told that it was not their problem and it must be old damage. When trying to communicate with them, calls were not returned and we would have to keep calling. Asked them to please come look at camper to help determine what happen but they refused and used pictures that they had from putting it on line.They used a picture that still had all decals and shadows on camper to tell us they were'nt going to do anything. We had no way to bring camper to them. Very dissappointed in how a Christian business treated us.

this is a quality organization from start to service! they are attentive to our needs whether here of on the road. often a phone call has solved our challenge.
