The worse customer Service ever and not only that, this people don't have any idea of what quality of manufactory is, big mistake if you ever decide to do Busines with them, don't do it, you will have headaches for the rest of your life, the worse Draperies, and Upholstery that I have seen is with this terrible company,

I have been in this store twice now. The first time I bought over $100 in fabric. Ok maybe I am not in their league? But in this economy is this really chump change?



Both times I have visitied I barely get an acknowledgement when I come in the door and this is from the "hired help" as the owners just glance over me without so much as a nod. I am guessing the guy sitting on the couch in front of the store chatting on his cell is an owner since he seems not to have anything to do.



No one offers to help you find your selection and only offered to cut my fabric after I drug the heavy rolls to the cutting table myself. There I was told they were suppose to remove them. Sorry I forgot my crystal ball. I noticed nothing was said until I carted through the store. Yea, I walked past the guy on the couch, nice customer service.



Either way, I won't be back. While it is great to have the tactile experience of shopping in person, a lot of the fabrics there I have seen on-line much cheaper. By the way, it really looks good for business for the owner to sit and chat on his cell phone on the couch in the front of the store, especially when customers are wondering around without guidance. Real classy!
