It has 3 floors and a elevator. 2 bed rooms and 1 bedrooms units. Got to look around. The vibe is fabolous.
Ask about the apartments only a 4 or so black persons live here it's very hard to get in if you're African american. Depressing.

Beneva Oaks has been renovated and is a wonderful place to live. I read the negative review before applying here, and decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. His/her review may have been appropriate 5 years or more ago, but not now. The management is superb as is the maintenance. I am so fortunate to live here. We have a beautiful park with a butterfly garden donated by Betty Friedman. The sound insulation and the trees - you'd never know you're 1/2 block at most from Beneva & Fruitville. Huge picture windows in both bedroom and living room. The people here really care, neighbors are friendly and respectful, and yet we are independent and have our privacy as well. The location is so convenient, too, with 2 grocery stores and many shops just across the way, with safe crossing at Circus Blvd. When you read a rambling negative review, just think - you may want to give it a chance, as I did. I got in the best place in town!

One of my dear friends lives here, and constantly tells me how awesome it is....I might just look into moving there too!
