I am writing this review to tell you about my experience with Audio Video Helpers. About two years ago we bought a new 55 inch 4K HD Samsung TV needed it to be hooked up to our home entertainment system. Mike from Audio Video Helpers returned our call and came out as scheduled and got the TV hooked up and set up with the Harmony Remote for much less than the Geek Squad wanted. We just had an issue with our DVD player so we called him again and, from my description of the problem he was able to give me some easy to understand instructions and suggested that I try that first before paying him to come out. Sure enough, I went home and fixed the problem.In today's business climate that almost never happens. That in my opinion is what service is all about. We felt like we should pay him for his time but he gladly helped us and didn't ask for any compensation. I can highly recommend Audio Visual Helpers for all of your Audio/Video needs.
