The manager himself is very disrespectful, I cant imagine what his co workers act like towards customers. Says he took over the business from other people who lost it. Wont give our company's films back and we paid for them. When I called to ask about getting the films and the policy he laughed (great customer service sir) Told him we no longer want to go with them we found a better place with better prices. He still laughed! (Again great customer service!!!) Asked me where my company is I told him that is none of your business so he hangs up on me. My recommendation would be to not go to Aquarius Silk screen. Not only do their service suck, the manager thinks everything is funny and that is not professional at all.
