Excelente servicio muy contenta
Llevo mas de 12 años con esta compañia y quiero decir que hoy he llamado a pagar mi poliza lo cual me atendio Marlene mata martinez no sabia que era la manager del lugar
Muyy amable ,paciente, ha tomado mas de su tiempo con mucho profesionalismo para explicarme todo respecto a la poliza,muy contenta es la primera vez que hablo con alguien que siento que ama su trabajo y le preocupa el cliente
Yo recomiendo totalmente esta compañia

I've read a lot of negative reviews but I guess those were with Infinity Auto Insurance, one of the companies Amistad uses to insure drivers. When I had a claim they really put me through the ringer before finally paying me for repairs. But their prices are much lower than most if not all the others and that makes it worth it. Perhaps that's how they keep their prices low by weeding out false claims. But Amistad is great. Very nice and helpful staff.
