I think I'm the most unlucky traveler ever. I've had a AAA membership. These folks are way better than AAA. I have a 350 foot driveway out in the country. I got stuck in my driveway three times, twice in snow and once in mud. I thought that after the second call the Club would tell me to take a hike. But, no. Each time the service was prompt, and was followed up with a customer satisfaction call from the home office. My only complaint was with the guy the Club hired at my end. He pulled my front bumper loose on the last call. When I complained to him, he said his job was only to get the vehicle free, regardless of damage done. I haven't used the Club since, but only because I haven't needed it. Overall, I give the Club a big thumbs up, five stars.
