I had a 3:30 appt for my dog to be groomed today (3/9/16)...It is now 4:12, no one showed up nor did anyone call....I left 2 messages & still no call back....I took the time off of work for my dog to be groomed today, for this to happen???THIS IS AWEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL & FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL!! I will take my business elsewhere & will let everyone know to take their business elsewhere as well!!
